Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Eastover!
We offer a variety of opportunities to support Eastover’s events and committees. Many positions can be handled from home on your own time, while others provide opportunities to connect personally with Eastover parents, teachers, students and staff.
Whether you like to coordinate events, work behind the scenes, tutor children, help once a week or at one event… there is an opportunity for you! If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Martha Runkle 2023-2024 PTA President.
Volunteer Registration
If you are an Eastover volunteer, or simply coming for lunch with your child, you need to be a Registered CMS Volunteer. If you’ve already registered in a previous year, simply login and confirm your information to continue: cmsvolunteers.com.
It is CMS policy that all volunteers working in the school be registered with CMS to ensure the safety of the children. This includes tutoring, lunch buddies, helping in the classroom, library, front office and helping on field trips. CMS also asks that Eastover volunteers track their hours including time spent at home working on planning, organizing and creating programs that support our school.
